How much does it cost?
Packages are available based on the scope of your project and are listed under SERVICES. We can work together to create a plan based on your goals, budget and timeline. Single day sessions can also be scheduled.
How do we get started?
The first step is a phone conversation to discuss your project and answer any questions you may have. You can send photos or schedule an in-home or virtual assessment which will help me get to know you, your space, your organizational challenges and your goals.
How long will it take to get organized?
Once we discuss your challenges and goals I will recommend a package of hours based on the scope of your project and desired timeline. Sessions can be scheduled for single or successive days, weeks or months.
Do I need to be present?
This will depend on your personal preference and the nature of the project. For downsizing projects I will need some input during the editing process and usually presort to help you make decisions more easily. For organizing projects we will need to discuss how you live with your belongings in order to set up organizing systems that work for you, your family, your home. Some clients like to work side by side, others give their input as needed and have me work independently.
Will I have to get rid of my things?
We will work together to assess what is working for you and what is preventing you from reaching your organizing goals. You decide what no longer serves you. If there are items you no longer need or want, I will help you donate, recycle or discard them. If there are items that you feel have value and would like to sell, we can reach out to appraisers or auction resources.
I’m embarrassed, my home is a mess!
I’ve been in a lot of homes, each with their own organizational challenges, so please don’t feel embarrassed! My goal is to help you conquer your clutter and can assess your needs more accurately if I see your home as it is naturally.
Should I purchase organizing supplies before you come?
It is best to wait until we have decluttered and made use of any supplies you may already have. If needed I will make product recommendations tailored to implementing or maintaining any systems we set up.
